Add an Event

Events work in much the same way as Tasks, but are designed to be used for Reviews, Birthdays and Anniversaries etc...

 

Events can be added automatically and also Manually.

Add Event Manually

1.This is exactly the same process as adding a Task.
2.It can be done from the Calendar, the Member Details Screen or the 'Phone Timer.

Add Birthday Event

1.Go to the Member Marketing Screen.
2.Under the marketing flags, check 'Send Birthday Email'. Tip - You don't have to use this to trigger an email - just that you want to recognise this client's birthday in some way.

Add a Next Review

1.Go to the Member Marketing Screen
2.Set the Last Review Date
3.Add a Review Frequency
4.The Next Review date inserts automatically Tip - you are not able to type a random date into the Next Review Date box - it has to calculate form the Last Review and the Frequency.
5.On saving and exiting the screen, the Next Review Event is created for the client and will appear for the Consultant.

Add a Next Call

1.Go to the Member Marketing Screen
2.Set the Last Call Date and Frequency
3.The Next Call is generated and creates a task under the Consultant.
