The Group Screen shows any marketing groups the client belongs to. This can also be used for linking people to a particular community groups such as Rotary or sports clubs.
If you have purchased a client base, it's a good idea to add all of the acquired clients to a marketing group under the name of the previous broker. This way you can market to the clients as a block. Further down the track you might want to run some production reports against the group to see how your purchase is doing. |
