Groups are handy things - we are not talking about Employer Group Schemes here (although those are pretty handy also) but Groups of People. Groups are a 'thing' that you can add people to, and then use the Group for marketing purposes. This method gives you very fine control over marketing. Somebody can be a member of just one Group, or may be a member of many groups.
