The Journal Screen shows a complete audit trail of all interaction logged against a client. Here you can see the history of all of the telephone calls (both inbound and outbound) e-mails (again both inbound and outbound) Word documents, scanned documents and meetings.

 

It's a good idea before telephoning a client, to scan through the recent Journal entries to see what the activity has been with the client - or understand how long it has been since you last spoke.
