Productivity Tip

Please remember that in this section and all of the Member Information screens - More is More - the more you collect and store, the more you are going to be able to do with the client.

Member Community

1.	The Community screen is accessed from Member Details

2.	Here you can add multiple lines depending on how much data you have.

3.	The fields here are all text fields as opposed to drop downs, so just type in your values.

You will see a tick in the left hand end of the Rotary line. The reason for this is that we only have space for one of these items on the Conversation Screen, so we tick here which is the most important. We use this ticking principle in a number of screens for Member Information - goals, health issues etc...
