If you search for a member or company and they are not found, the system just doesn't return anything. If you are sure the person exists in the database, it's a good idea to reset the filters.

Reset Filters

1.Filters exist in all of the fields in the F3 search screen and also under the fields/dropdowns in More Filters
2.To reset them or flush them of any previous search criteria, just pres the Reset Filters button
