Print an Appointment

If you are not synchronising your appointments with Outlook and then your smart 'phone, you may want to print off your appointments, either in day view or week view.

Print Appointments

1.Start with the view you want to print - if you want just a day, make sure the calendar is in 1 Day mode
2.Right click anywhere in the calendar page and choose Print or Print Preview.
