Productivity Tip
A multiple life proposal is just that - a proposal with more than one person insured. It is nothing to do with ownership - i.e. it doesn't mean that the proposal is owned by the person in the multiple policy drop down. Ownership (and indeed Payor) is handled in the text boxes at the bottom of the main Proposal Screen.

Multiple Lives
1. | If a proposal has more than one life insured (so there is more than one person on the same quote) then you can create a proposal record for the second and any subsequent lives, by adding the people in the Multiple Policy drop-down. |
2. | Click the multiple proposal check box and select the lives. |
3. | Remember to press enter after selecting a life. Tip - the relationship must exist first, for the person to display in the drop-down. If the relationship is not available, add the relationship under Edit Member - Relationships. |
