Sending and email to the client or about the client from the Contact Screen

 

 

Productivity Tip

Everybody in your Practice who gets to speak with a client, should have E-Broker open in front of them and at the end of the call, confirm the client's contact details and pick up any missing info. This should become as automatic as McDonald's 'Would you like fries with that?' And presumably the same boiling in oil punishment if this is missed 3 times.

 

Client has an email address loaded

1.Double click on the end of the email address line you want to use

 

2.Outlook will open (even if it is not running) and the target email address will be entered in the 'Send to' line
3.Send the email from Outlook in the normal way
4.The email will be sent and a copy will be placed automatically in the client Journal
