Classify an Appointment
I have always used a 3 appointment process, a first meeting, a report presentation and a business transaction. When I was selling full time, my goal was to have 3 first meetings per week - three new people into the start of the process. I found it useful to colour code these appointments in E-Broker, so I could see at a glance if my week was on track. I finished up with a blue colour for the first meeting and that became the goal, 3 blues per week. Providing I did 3 blues per week, the rest fell into place. |
