See Other User's Calendar
Different people within an organisation will have differing needs regarding other people's calendars. A Secretary / P.A. for example, will need to see the people he or she is looking after, a Manager may want to see the team of salespeople etc... and if your organisation uses a Telemarketer to set up meetings, this is easy from E-Broker (see Call Centre Campaign) when you have access to other people's calendars.
