The Conversation Screen is the focal point of the system, particularly when you are on the 'phone to a client.

1.	This is the opening screen when you load a client.

2.	You can launch an Inbound Call from here.

3.	You can start the Journalling process for other communication.

4.	You can navigate to other Members from the tabs at the bottom of the screen.

5.	You can jump to a type on in force business with the business yes links.
