Productivity Tip

The lookups are the values which appear all through the system in the little drop down boxes. Whilst you are free to add things that you need, a word of caution about adding willy-nilly to address types and client types. If you add different types for these values, you can seriously bugger up (technical term) your ability to search.

 

Add new Lookup

1.Let's say you needed to add a new Health Issue lookup.
2.Click on Admin / Lookups.
3.Health Issues belong to Members, but are specific to the Life Module
4.Click on the Life bar on the left hand side.
5.Click on Health Issue.
6.Type the value under the Display Name column and also under the Description column.
7.Press Enter to save the change.
