Productivity Tip
It's pretty handy to be able to tag tasks with a classification and colour code them, particularly those tasks associated with Underwriting. This allows you to search and sort on them as required - 'how many PMAR's do we have outstanding?' and so on.

Task Classifications
1. | Click on Admin and then Task Classifications. |
2. | The Task Classification window opens. |
3. | Tasks are grouped by area that they belong to, such as Member, Proposal, Policy etc... |
4. | Select the grouping you want to work with and then click in the Colour column. |
5. | Edit the colour as required - Tip - best not to use the standard colours as they are too bright. Instead go to Custom Colours and 'back off' the colour so that the text shows through. You can save the custom colour to use for other similar tasks. As you can see, we have shaded all of our medical tasks in a similar hue. |
6. | Click Close when finished. |
7. | See the sections on Lookups if you want to add new Task Types |
