Productivity Tip

So if your ISP happens to be Clear and you don't want to sack them, you need to learn how to email campaign via Outlook and Email BCC. BCC is short for Blind Carbon Copy. The email list is generated in E-Broker, then passed to Outlook to send. The recipients names are hidden in the BBC box. You can send a huge attachment via this method, as you only send it once to your ISP and they send it out, but you can't personalise each email with this method - so no Dear John and Margaret, more along the lines of Dear Valued Client... I would give Clear a serve...

Mass Email BCC Setup

.Again it is a smart move to run a test campaign first before trying to do this 2 days out from Christmas.
.Run your query to retrieve the members for the test.
.Right click and Create Campaign.
.You will note that there is no template option - you simply paste your template text into the email body when you end up in Outlook.
.Add the campaign name details and copy also into the Description box (this will display on the subject line of your email).
.Click Create.

.Once the Campaign has created, go the the F3 Campaign tab and select your new campaign.
.Add an attachment if you wish using the attachment icon.
.Don't forget to select all of your recipients.
.Click the top right hand funnel button when you are ready to send.

.The Campaign now runs and opens up an Outlook email, addressed to the sender, and all of the recipient's names are entered into the BCC box.
.Add any text to the email body.
.Send the email form Outlook in the normal way.
.The campaign email is now journalled against the client.
