Our recommendation is that you never ever delete a member. What is your reason for deleting a member - have you fallen out with them over something? Sod's Law means that this is the very client who will explode in your face when the Compliance Police come a 'knockin. If you just don't want to deal with them anymore, send them a 'sack client' letter and simply make them an 'ex client'. If you are adamant you wish to expunge them, you need System Admin permissions.
