Policy Delete

Productivity Tip

It would be very rare that you actually need to delate a policy. Normally if a policy has lapsed or cancelled, you just change the status accordingly. However if somebody has made a mistake and you do actually need to delete a policy record, then you can by following the instructions below.

Delete a Policy

1.	In Version 4.0, to delete a policy, firstly you had to delete everything else which was hanging from the policy - exclusions, benefits, notes etc...

2.	In Version 5.0, simply right click in the policy main screen and choose Delete.
