As well as underwriting of an Application, Tasks can be associated with a Pre-Approval - expiry. and also with a Settled Mortgage - fixed rate expiry. They can be delegated to other people, reported on and also managed via Admin / Underwriting Tasks.

Manage Mortgage tasks

1.	Tasks can be loaded under the various stages of a Mortgage - Pre-Approvals, Applications and also Settled.

2.	They can be delegated to other people.

3.	They can be reported on under Report / Business.

4.	They can be managed via Admin / Underwriting Tasks.
