Apart from just searching of firstname and /or surname, in Version 5.0 you can also use the filters built in to the search screen.

1.	Here we want to retrieve all employees of Elan

2.	Type Elan into the employer field and press enter

3.	If say you wanted all of your Plumbers, type Plumber into the Occupation field and so on.
