There are a number of different ways to retrieve individuals or groups of people from the database.
Here we will show you the basic search that you will use probably 80% of the time.
Basic Member Search
1. | The opening view of the Search Screen is of all Clients and Companies - so no filtering at all. |

2. | The total number of records in the database is given at the base of the screen. |
3. | Simply by starting to type either part of the Surname or First Name starts the search process. |
4. | Here we have started searching for 'rich...' |
5. | As you can see the system has returned all of the Richards (first name) as well as where the surname contains 'rich' |

6. | Changing the search to 'pyk...' returns the list below. Double click on the line you want and the Member will load. |
7. | Another way is to press the Tab key to enter the grid and use your up or down arrows and enter to select and load the client. |
