There are a number of different ways to retrieve individuals or groups of people from the database.

 

Here we will show you the basic search that you will use probably 80% of the time.

Basic Member Search

1.The opening view of the Search Screen is of all Clients and Companies - so no filtering at all.

2. The total number of records in the database is given at the base of the screen.
3.Simply by starting to type either part of the Surname or First Name starts the search process.
4.Here we have started searching for 'rich...'
5.As you can see the system has returned all of the Richards (first name) as well as where the surname contains 'rich'

6.Changing the search to 'pyk...' returns the list below. Double click on the line you want and the Member will load.
7.Another way is to press the Tab key to enter the grid and use your up or down arrows and enter to select and load the client.
