It's important that everybody dealing with a client, logs all of the telephone calls with the client - both Inbound and Outbound.

 

 

Productivity Tip

Even if it is a third party calling about the client (say an Underwriter etc..) it's a great idea to bring up the client file and log the incoming call

 

How To

1.This handy Incoming Call icon in the Conversation Screen makes this easy
2.Just click the icon and the call timer triggers and politely minimises away to the bottom toolbar
3.Once you have finished the conversation, make your files notes, log a task if there is one, and save in the usual way.
