Other Communication

In Version 5.0 we have locked down the Journal so that you can't add things directly - previously this was open and now doesn't fit with the new Compliance rules. You now may need to use the Other Communication button to add scans and inbound emails from a third party etc...

Other Communication

1.	Clicking on the other Communication button launches the wizard.
