Seriously though, there does seem to be interest in having third parties contact your clients. As you can tell, I'm not a great fan of this as I think it cheapens the relationship. However, for those organisations with large books of clients, I can see the need. Particularly if you have your E-Broker fully hosted by us, there is now the opportunity to open up part of your database to a call centre or Locum Broker service, and run a marketing campaign directly on a select group of clients. |
