Seriously though, there does seem to be interest in having third parties contact your clients. As you can tell, I'm not a great fan of this as I think it cheapens the relationship. However, for those organisations with large books of clients, I can see the need. Particularly if you have your E-Broker fully hosted by us, there is now the opportunity to open up part of your database to a call centre or Locum Broker service, and run a marketing campaign directly on a select group of clients.

 

Create Call Centre Campaign

1.You would choose this style of campaign if you wanted just to contact a group of clients by telephone.
2.Create the Campaign in the normal way, but select Call Centre.

3.Open the Campaign from the Campaign tab.
4.When you run the campaign, you simply double click on the first client and the system offers you the telephone number for the client.
5.Make your call and file note in the usual way.
6.When you save the Journal, you are taken back to the campaign ready for the next client and call.
