Productivity Tip
All appointments should be made in E-Broker and ideally started from the client file so that they are written back to the client Journal. However you might want your appointments on your Smart Phone, so it's handy to be able to synch them through to Outlook and then have Outlook synch to your 'phone.

Synch Appointments
1. | Make sure that your mailbox name has been set up correctly as per the instructions in Synch Setup.. |
2. | Make sure that you have a tick in the Enable/Disable Appointment Synch box |
3. | If it is your first synch, you may want to set the Appointment Synchronisation date back a month or so. |
4. | Make sure that the Appointments folder name is pointing to Calendar (issue with more than 1 calendar) |
6. | The first time you synch it may take some time to complete. |
