Productivity Tip
None of the Outlook Synch functionality will work, unless E-Broker knows where to look. If you have 95 different mailboxes in Outlook, you are going to strike trouble.

Outlook Synch Setup
1. | Click on Admin and then Outlook Synch. |
2. | Check the Mailbox Name at the top of the screen and then check the Mailbox Name at the top of your Outlook folder list. |
4. | If you are not using Microsoft Exchange Server for your mail, the default for both Outlook and E-Broker is Personal Folders. |
5. | If they don't match, then you need to copy the Mailbox Name from Outlook to Admin / Security / Users / Outlook Mailbox. |
6. | You may need to see your system administrator if you can see these options. |
7. | If you are using Office 2007, you may find that Inbound Email Synch does not work unless you also have E-Broker Members synchronised with Outlook Contacts. As far as we are aware, this is not an issue with Office 2003 and Office 2010. |
