The Mortgage Module is an E-Broker Option, so will need to have been enabled by your System Administrator and us.

 

The Module allows you to load and track Mortgage business much in the same way that you can load and track Risk or Investment business, but now there are specific screens and functionality for this. There are options for loading Pre-Approvals, Applications and Settled Mortgages with automated Task based follow-ups for fixed rate expiries. You can track a Mortgage through 'underwriting' to Settlement. In the absence of data feeds from any lenders, the system also calculates an outstanding balance for the mortgage based on expected repayments.
